These terms govern your access to and use of fulcrumlabs.tech and the FulcrumIntake_Bot. They cover the website only. Any service engagement with Fulcrum Labs is governed exclusively by a separately negotiated written agreement, and nothing on this site creates a binding service commitment from either party.

The site is made available for general informational purposes and for professional, institutional, or otherwise sophisticated parties evaluating a potential engagement. It is not directed at retail clients or members of the general public, and is not available in jurisdictions where access or our services would be unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws in your location.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The intake bot operates on Telegram and is subject to Telegram's own terms. Outbound links to third-party sites or services are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

The site and the intake bot are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information presented is complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulcrum Labs and its operators, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information on it. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the site, in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of one hundred United States dollars or the amount you paid us (if any) for site access in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fulcrum Labs harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Fulcrum Labs' principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from or related to the site or these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent in that location, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
